The WSU College of Engineering Alumni Association will become the principal affiliation of engineering graduates, provide leadership and direction in "giving back" to their alma mater to support growth and image of the college, and strengthen alumni bonds to the college via communications and programming for alumni.

- Build loyalty and active support among graduates
- Promote positive image of WSU and the College of Engineering, strengthen identity with WSU and offer opportunities for alumni to serve the college and the university, done with a touch of good humor and fun

- Enrich the engineering student experience by facilitating the acquisition of R&D funding, gifts, internships and mentors
- Promote professional development and networking opportunities

- Measure success by number of active members, their participation in alumni/college/university activities, by their volunteer efforts, their advice, counsel, student mentoring and financial contributions to the university
