Welcome students and prospective students! The College of Engineering within Wayne State University is a world class, world focused academic and research environment that provides "real world" experience to students, along with the opportunity to work on exciting new frontiers in engineering and exposure to the current tools of industry.

You should know that WSU's College of Engineering was ranked 12th among the nation's engineering schools in the number of 2004 graduates with engineering master's degrees, according to the American Society for Engineering Education. U.S. News and World Report ranks the College of Engineering 82nd out of more than 350 accredited engineering schools in the nation based on its survey of engineering deans as reported in the magazine's America's Best College's 2006 edition.
